Paul Walker

Paul began his career in the Photonics Industry in 1983, starting as an apprentice with small welding lasers. He then went on to become a service engineer for medical, scientific and industrial lasers, before establishing First Light Lamps with Martin Churchley in 2004.

Paul has a special interest in engineering and is often involved in new and exciting engineering projects. His skills and experience in this field have proved invaluable during the continued growth of First Light. 

Paul's day to day role also includes supporting the implementation of a new CRM and ERP system, which will improve core business processes
